Return Policy
Our return policy apply to all items purchased from The Golden Bouton including discounted product. The following conditions must be met for the return to be approved:
- You have 14 days to return your product after you have received it.
- You have the right to open the packaging and try all items as long as the packaging is in unchanged condition. Cost of packaging will be subtracted from your refund if damaged.
- All products are returned in unchanged condition.
- Associated price tags, labels or packaging always should be included in the return.
- If the article is damaged or wrong item have been received, a claim should be made to boutique@thegoldenbouton.com before returning the product.
Always contact us before sending your return if you’re unsure if you have fulfilled the conditions above. Further instructions for shipment of returns can be found in Shipping details. Shipment costs won’t be refunded regardless of reason for your return.
